My Story

I’m running the virtual London Marathon to raise money for a charity that helps Carers. This is a great charity called Carers’s Count, that helps lots of people who have had to give up working and change their lives to help a loved one. The money raised will help give support to these individuals.

Carers Count works with carers who are aged 18 and over and give their time to someone with a physical disability, long-term illness, an older person, a child with additional needs, a learning disability and/or a mental health issue (including dementia).

Carers Count is a not for profit organisation that supports unpaid carers within Kirklees.
